Our Strategy

Invex Energy Fund is dedicated to investing in power generation assets across Mexico, focusing on both the development of new projects and the improvement of existing infrastructure. Sponsored by Invex Grupo Infraestructura, the Fund partners with strategic and limited partners to raise capital and execute its investment strategy.

The Fund will undertake a series of investments in the E&P sector in Mexico, in accordance with the Fund’s Investment Strategy below:

• Sector Focus: Clean energy and power generation, including renewables (solar, wind, hydro), CCGT, and battery storage.
• Geographic Focus: Mexico.
• Project Types: Both Greenfield (new) and brownfield (existing) projects.
• Revenue Model: Long-term contracts, leveraging the expertise of Ammper Energia, a leading power commercialization platform.
• Execution: Managed by a team with deep technical and operational expertise.
• Returns: Targeting attractive, risk-adjusted, double-digit IRRs.
• Investor Benefits: Emphasis on capital distributions and liquidity, with structured dividends and efficient fund management.
